If Shorty doesn’t know it...
I have a 14’ fiberglass scow. It is old- hung in a barn for the last 30 years. It is just exposed to daylight and should clean up nicely. There is no HIN (so pre-‘72) no sail insignia, no identifying markings at all on the boat (I have searched!) and no evidence of a missing plaque or ID. It is unstayed and has a 12’ mast.
