Sorry to be so long, lots happening...... New U-bolt on bow to line up with winch on the trailer....easier than rebuilding the winch stand !

Fabricated wood clamps to hold Lexan windows while silicone cured....scrap 2 x 6 with a teenut and some allthread....not sure if the silicone will hold, didn't sand the Lexan. I might put a few screws in them, loosely to allow for the expansion of the Lexan.

Guides to locate the boat going onto the trailer. I usually am by myself.

Relocated the winches and Clamcleats to the coaming from the cabintop, again, I usually sail alone ! I guess I'm so old that I've run off all my friends ?
