That's all I can say, I never thought I'd see a Skate again. It was my first sailboat. I was 11 back in the summer of 1967 when my Dad and I went up to Wayne NJ and we picked her up in our 1960 Pontiac station wagon. I have great memories of learning how to sail on that little boat. Found an ad on Craigslist for a Skate hull
Got a picture of the nameplate from the seller
It appears that Lincoln was a division of the Lazott company
I found records for Lazott Plastics on the Secretary of the Commonwealth website
The address is in Stow Massachusetts
